Manage customer relationships for Cin7’s inventory management SaaS platform by driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and value. Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, monitor account health, and mitigate risks. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for customers, communicate product updates, develop scalable best practices, and improve the customer experience.

Provides hands-on engineering support for production operations, initially in Pick/Pack, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and labor targets. Owns standard work, labor standards, visual controls, process flow, ergonomics, and material presentation. Leads continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, reduces defects and rework through root-cause analysis and error prevention, and collaborates with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Facilities. Communicates integration plans, resolves data challenges, leads customer training, and advises clients on healthcare finance and clinical data best practices. Collaborates with internal teams throughout project lifecycles, manages implementation risks, supports operational improvements, and travels to customer locations as needed.

Manage Analyst Relations programs, including analyst briefings, inquiries, research evaluations, schedules, deliverables, executive engagements, project plans, databases, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination. The role builds scalable processes, tracks program performance, improves workflows, and keeps stakeholders aligned across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, executives, and other teams.

Lead the architecture and evolution of AI-enabled, cloud-native software platforms. Evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, cloud, and architecture technologies; define scalable reference architectures; guide data, model integration, monitoring, security, governance, and responsible AI practices; communicate technical strategies; review implementations; and mentor engineering and architecture teams on modern development and AI-assisted engineering.

Develop and maintain consumer-facing and back-office applications by translating business and technical requirements into tested, deployed software. Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, testing, installation, maintenance, debugging, troubleshooting, and collaboration with customers and developers. Administer HubSpot, improve data quality, manage Gong-based forecasting, build SQL-driven reports and quota models, and automate workflows using AI agents and no-code tools. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Engineering to scale processes as the sales organization grows.

Lead Teachable’s brand and content function, including brand identity, narrative, creative output, content strategy, events, PR, and earned media. Manage internal leads and creative talent, external agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships. Set strategic and creative direction, oversee events and communications, establish performance metrics, and align brand initiatives with business goals. The role also requires mentoring leaders and maintaining a consistent brand experience across channels and audiences.
