The Compliance Specialist processes rental applications, maintains resident files, completes Tax Credit certifications, and verifies income and rental history for applicants and residents.

Manage operational stock program, process and track equipment loans, perform inventory and requisition management, ensure DOD property management and FIAR compliance, coordinate with Navy and Guard stakeholders, support logistics inspections and reporting, and oversee hazardous materials storage and expeditionary equipment readiness.

Restructure and maintain Airtable relational architecture for fertility industry data, implement automations and integrations (Zapier, Softr), enforce data governance and permissions, build dashboards and reports, execute data acquisition and enrichment to scale the database, conduct audits, document SOPs, and support onboarding and system monitoring.
