Support the Finance Director in managing finance operations, backups for accounting and accounts payable, conduct internal audits, manage capital assets and 1099 issuance, assist budget development and annual audit coordination, perform financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting, and help develop financial strategies for the District.

Provide consulting, design, deployment, configuration, and post-deployment support for hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, guest technologies). Manage HR records and recruitment support while overseeing business office operations including billing, Medicare/insurance claims, accounts receivable, resident trust funds, payroll support, compliance, and staff training to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Lead organizational design, workforce capability planning, and change management to align talent and structure with business priorities. Partner with executives and People Success to drive succession planning, leadership development, transformation, and metrics that support scalable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.

Manage project-related billing and accounts receivable, create domestic and international invoices, reconcile cash receipts, resolve billing disputes, prepare billing reports and audit materials, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and data integrity across billing systems.

Work with teams to enhance supply chain resilience by mapping interdependencies, assessing supplier risk, developing contingency and incident response plans, testing procedures, training staff, horizon scanning, analysing incident data against recovery objectives, and driving continuous improvement in business continuity and safety.

Manage and grow catering client relationships by generating new business, converting leads, upselling, coordinating event logistics with operations, ensuring accurate order entry, and delivering excellent client service to drive repeat bookings and revenue.

Build and publish data-driven research coverage of US IPOs and direct listings (>= $100M). Produce pre-IPO tearsheets, valuation/pricing, Excel models, post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews. Provide high-touch pre- and post-deal services, bespoke NDA-driven notes, and direct desk access for institutional clients.
