Provide strategic advisory and program management for large-scale FEMA disaster recovery efforts. Identify opportunities, write persuasive proposals and budgets, manage submission timelines and compliance, collaborate with leadership to gather data, maintain a grant tracking system, and prepare progress reports and impact summaries for awarded grants.
