Provide clerical and administrative support to Port Engineers and engineering managers: maintain Helm data and downtime records, manage evaluations and dry dock files, scan documents, assist with purchase orders, organize meetings and catering, track monthly fuel reporting, and update towboat repair status reports.

Support asset managers and CMBS surveillance by preparing cash flow models, valuations, proformas, and business plans; analyze property operations and market comparables; coordinate reports, appraisals, foreclosure activities, and site inspections; liaise with brokers, counsel, and vendors.

Own product initiatives for Emma from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct customer research and testing, define requirements and success metrics, manage backlog and planning with engineering, coordinate launches with cross-functional teams, and measure and improve product performance using analytics and experimentation. Use AI tools to accelerate research and execution.

Sell HR consulting and employee benefits to small and mid-size businesses: prospect, manage pipeline, present proposals, close and cross-sell, coordinate delivery with consultants, lead client onboarding, represent the firm at networking events, and maintain accurate CRM and forecasting.

Provide front-desk and reception support, answer and direct calls, manage office and PPE inventory, maintain common areas, offer basic technical support to field staff, assist with hiring, orientations, and scheduling communications, and perform other administrative duties reporting to the Director of Operations. Occasional travel for recruitment.

Lead end-to-end NPI programs for electro-mechanical products, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams. Drive ILC process adherence, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to deliver products on time, within scope, and on budget.
