Provide administrative support to the Chief Program Officer and program leadership: manage calendars and email, prepare documents and presentations, handle purchasing and reconciliations, coordinate meetings and events, take minutes, support referrals and onboarding, maintain files and office supplies, assist with donor-related tracking, perform onsite/offsite tasks (driving required), and represent SPY while maintaining confidentiality.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise systems using Microsoft Stack or Java. Build and consume RESTful APIs, implement scalable databases (SQL Server, NoSQL), develop modern front ends (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React/Vue), apply cloud and microservice/serverless architectures, and contribute to AI/agent development and integrations. Collaborate with clients, mentor teammates, document solutions, and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainable code.

Manage and coordinate the nursing admissions process: recruit and counsel prospective students, conduct interviews and campus tours, assist with applications/enrollments, maintain compliant admissions files, support orientations, and participate in off-campus recruitment and marketing activities.

Support and maintain enterprise profitability/reporting systems, prepare committee materials, perform financial and ALM analysis, assist with loan and deposit pricing, liquidity and cash flow forecasting, coordinate pricing and business plan forecasts with business units, and provide modeling and quantitative support for Treasury and strategic decision-making.

Lead design and ownership of enterprise infrastructure automation and deployment frameworks using Ansible and IaC for Linux platforms. Drive CI/CD integration, secure configuration management, provisioning, patching, rollback, and cross-team automation governance while mentoring engineers.
