Implement and maintain the credit union's cybersecurity infrastructure and controls—focusing on Microsoft 365 E5 security, cloud collaboration protection, email security, incident response, vulnerability and risk management, MDR/SIEM coordination, compliance (GLBA/financial regulations), security documentation, and staff mentoring.

Designs and implements enterprise security architecture, develops security standards and policies, leads security projects and incident response, mentors junior staff, evaluates and configures network/security devices, and drives security awareness and strategy across the organization.

Build and operate an internal Red Team to continuously find vulnerabilities across protocol, consensus, bridges, and execution clients. Develop Rust-based fuzzers and custom security tooling, simulate economic attacks on testnet, analyze game-theoretic risks (MEV, staking), and partner with engineering teams to review critical architecture and mitigate exploits.

Support daily information security operations, detect and investigate threats, lead incident response, maintain enterprise anti-virus/host IPS deployments, apply secure coding practices and perform deep packet network analysis across Windows and Unix environments.

The role focuses on selling the Valpak Data Insight Platform, utilizing a vast dataset to help clients manage packaging compliance and sustainability efforts in various markets.

Support RMF A&A package development and continuous monitoring for AFOSI enclaves. Implement and audit security controls, maintain system security documentation, run vulnerability scans (ACAS), analyze logs in Splunk, track POA&Ms, ensure DISA STIG and DoD compliance, and assist with CORA and GRC activities.

Lead and manage product development for retail display hardware, overseeing design, prototyping, testing, 3D printing operations, quality control, and vendor coordination. Provide technical guidance, approve samples and tooling, drive process improvements, maintain development documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products that meet performance and safety standards.
