Build, estimate, validate, and monitor credit models (delinquency, default, prepayment, claim severity) using statistical and econometric methods. Develop and maintain cloud-based modeling frameworks, perform large-data manipulation, backtesting, reporting, and present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Build analytics infrastructure, pipelines, and dashboards to surface metrics from the matching pipeline. Design and implement new metrics and offline analysis tooling to assess product performance and improve algorithm quality, collaborating with engineering and business teams.

Manage complex accounting activities including monthly/annual close components, balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, revenue recognition, fixed assets, cash/treasury support, audit schedules, AP and payroll backup, and provide technical accounting guidance and system/process improvements using Sage Intacct.

Support HR operations including new-hire onboarding, I-9/E-Verify processing, UKG/HRIS task management, background screening coordination, employee record maintenance, separations and verification, HR inbox support, employee communications, and HR project assistance.

Evaluate inbound/outbound patient calls for quality, compliance, and accuracy; perform random call reviews using scorecards; identify trends and training gaps; provide feedback and reports; support QA processes, scripting, calibration, and continuous improvement for the First Impressions call team.

Support marketing through AI-assisted content creation and copywriting, digital publishing and CMS updates, social moderation, review publishing, email and social scheduling support, proofreading, asset management, and recurring marketing/project work for global adventure travelers. Contract through December 2026.

Lead and execute biweekly and special multi-state payroll for up to 500 employees. Reconcile payroll, validate reports, maintain control records, handle complex transactions, respond to escalated inquiries, mentor payroll staff, support month/quarter/year-end close, and assist with time tracking and absence modules in Workday.
