Produce and maintain web, social, and brand content (pages, guides, knowledge articles, video, and assets). Own product design across Gumloop from concept through delivery. Rapidly prototype AI-native product concepts, improve key screens and user flows, address usability issues, evolve the product’s design language and vision, and contribute to the core design system. Collaborate closely with engineering and brand to deliver polished experiences, distill ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Own customer billing and accounts receivable while supporting accounts payable, expense reports, reconciliations, timesheet administration, journal entries, month-end close, and project financial reporting in Unanet. Resolve billing and accounting discrepancies, maintain accurate records, support audits and program controls, and collaborate with finance, program managers, vendors, customers, and employees. The role requires three onsite days weekly in Haymarket, Virginia.

Manage temporary and traveling museum exhibitions from planning through installation. Responsibilities include coordinating curators, registrars, designers, fabricators, partner institutions, and internal departments; negotiating contracts; tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables; managing traveling exhibition marketing and logistics; creating installation manuals; and couriering objects to ensure proper care and handling. Some travel is required.
