Owns end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services under ASC 606. Responsibilities include contract analysis, deferred revenue reconciliation, NetSuite billing, month-end close, reporting, technical accounting support, policy and SOX documentation, audit coordination, and cross-functional partnership. Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including configuration, automation, security, data governance, reports, dashboards, deployments, troubleshooting, user support, onboarding, training, documentation, and process optimization. The role also manages access, data cleanup, system updates, and stakeholder-driven improvements within an Agile team.

Leads GoodRx’s consumer subscription growth, pricing, monetization, and economic strategy. Develops analytical frameworks, evaluates customer behavior and unit economics, identifies growth opportunities, and shapes product, packaging, investment, and experimentation priorities. Partners with Product, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Analytics, and Design leaders to solve ambiguous business problems, influence senior decisions, and improve acquisition, engagement, retention, lifetime value, and profitability.

Own quality and automation for enterprise SaaS and PaaS deployments. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vercel’s Dashboard, evolving it into a personalized, agent-powered control plane. Define agent interactions, proactive insights, information architecture, and cross-product design patterns. Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize performance and consistency, while running experiments and analyzing onboarding, adoption, and engagement metrics. The role requires experience building developer-facing dashboard or control-plane products, with strong product design, analytics, and AI perspectives.
