Lead HR strategy and day-to-day people operations, driving employee engagement, retention, talent management, HR compliance, HRIS oversight, benefits coordination, safety program support, and coaching for leaders. Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team while supervising a part-time HR generalist.

Build and ship full-stack features for a computer vision platform: design UI/UX and server components, improve performance and scalability, create visualizations for model outputs, incorporate user feedback, and contribute to product and infrastructure decisions.

Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, telephony, and video conferencing. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets and inventory, configure devices, assist onboarding, train users, maintain knowledge base, and escalate complex problems to IT staff. Support conference room setups and perform moves/adds/changes.
