Lead WFM Analyst owns end-to-end workforce management: capacity planning, scheduling, intraday adherence, KPI tracking and dashboard automation. Builds supply-demand models, writes SQL, automates BI dashboards, advises leadership with executive reports, recommends staffing/hiring strategy, and drives cross-functional process and WFM system improvements.

Provide administrative support for real estate research: collect and compile data, manage multiple research projects, troubleshoot billing and vendor issues, process licensing and insurance certificate requests, and maintain compliance with company policies while building strong relationships with management and external partners.

Manage daily operations for Tri-Share and SubPool programs, improve workflows and systems, partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize platform enhancements, use data and AI to automate repetitive work, and support launches, escalations, and cross-functional growth.

Coordinate IT operations including executive administration, IT finance (budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations), procurement and vendor management, hardware logistics, and GRC activities (SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits, evidence collection, policy and risk tracking). Serve as liaison between IT, finance, legal, auditors, and vendors to keep processes running smoothly and ensure compliance and visibility for leadership.

Lead enterprise workforce strategy and resource planning to ensure right staffing, skills, and capacity for client delivery and growth. Forecast demand, manage utilization, build executive dashboards, identify skill gaps, partner with leaders on staffing priorities, and establish scalable workforce planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Translate and proofread patent documents from Korean to English (electricity, computer science, mechanics, medical devices). Use XTM and follow client style and CAT/MTPE processes, communicate promptly in English, and handle 2,500–5,000 words weekly.

Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives, partner with leadership to solve product and business challenges, build teams/processes, research markets and opportunities, and deliver operational improvements and measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Build and lead Roo’s first Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot and GTM systems, create operating model and SLAs, drive forecasting, pipeline hygiene, capacity planning, and conversion optimization, partner with Sales/Marketing/CS/Finance/Data, apply AI to reduce toil, and hire and mentor a small Rev Ops team.

Create, maintain, and publish end-to-end technical content (in-app text, user guides, release notes, KB articles) for Jamf products. Work on cross-functional Agile teams, use DITA/topic-based authoring, Jira, Confluence, and CMS tools, mentor writers, ensure accuracy and style adherence, and explore AI opportunities to improve content workflows.

Provide on-demand telephonic Danish-English interpreting across medical, legal, and customer service settings. Answer inbound calls promptly, maintain confidentiality and professional conduct, complete trainings, participate in quality assurance, and use required technology and secure quiet workspace.
