Support the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) Solutions Desk by assisting customers and financial representatives, coordinating with Credit Risk and Operations, resolving collateral and credit issues, performing outbound client communications, preparing regulatory and management reporting, and recommending servicing improvements to senior leadership.

Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

Partner with enterprise financial firms to design and implement scalable practice management programs. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Lead regional onboarding operations and evolve the function into end-to-end client lifecycle management. Manage and develop dispersed teams, ensure compliant AML/KYC/CDD execution across jurisdictions, resolve escalations, standardize processes, drive operational excellence and automation, partner with business and compliance stakeholders, and own regional performance, KPIs, data quality, controls, and audit readiness.

Provide after-hours and weekend travel support: monitor channels, handle flight/hotel/transport disruptions, rebook travel per SOPs, escalate high-impact issues, document actions, and hand off unresolved items to weekday Logistics.

Own Salesforce and commercial systems as the enterprise system of record for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Define commercial metrics, data standards, and governance; improve data quality and adoption; build repeatable board and executive reporting; reconcile sales reporting with Finance; establish forecasting cadence and accountability; manage commercial systems roadmap and external implementation partners.
