Provide level-1 technical support for Windows-based medical devices and applications: troubleshoot hardware/software/configuration issues, assist with system configuration and updates, handle customer inquiries about repairs/parts/orders, document resolutions, escalate complex issues to higher-tier support, and follow up on QA and repair-related items.

Provide advanced desktop, server, and network support for clients; act as first escalation for technicians; perform onsite managed-services support; document configurations and troubleshooting; evaluate system performance and recommend improvements; offer intermediate technical guidance to end-users.

Provide inbound technical support via Zendesk for Datarails' SaaS product: troubleshoot complex customer issues, respond to tickets, escalate to CS/Product/R&D, improve knowledge base, and drive customer satisfaction.
