Lead design and operationalization of an enterprise data governance framework for the CMM program. Develop policies, standards, metadata management, data quality monitoring, access controls, and change management to drive adoption across AO and local courts. Oversee governance tooling, data lineage, catalogs, training, and cross-team coordination to ensure compliant, data-driven operations.

Analyze large healthcare datasets, build and implement quantitative models, perform statistical analyses, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to improve healthcare delivery.
