Lead design and implementation of end-to-end product features, drive technical decisions, use AI tools to accelerate development, support teammates through code reviews and standards, and continuously improve architecture, tooling, testing, and developer experience to deliver reliable production software for financial advisors.

Prepare and support quarterly and year-end income tax provisions, tax return workpapers, and reconciliations. Manage tax filings, depreciation, estimated payments, and responses to audits and notices. Support tax credit accounting, monitor tax legislation, implement tax strategies, ensure SOX compliance and ASC 740 documentation, and improve tax processes to reduce liability and external costs.

Drive Utila's North America growth by sourcing and closing partnerships across fintech and digital assets, managing the full BD lifecycle, engaging partners and C-levels, informing product direction, representing the company at events, and tracking pipeline and KPIs.

Perform field investigations, construction inspections, equipment inventories, client and agency collaboration, public meeting participation, project management, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.

Serve as primary HR partner for an assigned employee population at a 24-hour automotive manufacturing facility. Provide employee relations support, recruiting coordination, HR administration, training and competency management, compensation and benefits assistance, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement. Partner with leaders, COEs, and HR Operations to ensure policy compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

Integrate drones, sensors, payloads and third-party software into a fleet management platform. Write production-quality Java, C++, and Python code, debug across software, networking and hardware, test in simulation, lab and field, and own end-to-end integrations with vendors, pilots, and product teams.

Lead and execute end-to-end UX and visual design across websites, email, and future mobile apps. Define design vision, build a scalable design system, partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders, run user research and accessibility standards, and hire and grow a design team.
