Lead and manage R&D tax credit and Sec.174/174A engagements: conduct technical client interviews, produce technical reports, prepare calculations and tax forms, supervise and mentor junior staff, manage engagement economics, perform technical tax research, support business development, and act as client representative with the IRS. Review, prepare, and submit title documents to County Recorder's Office ensuring accuracy and compliance; resolve discrepancies; maintain records; communicate status to clients and internal teams.

Design, build, and own scalable, secure full-stack applications. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to gather requirements, estimate work, maintain documentation, and deliver high-quality client-facing software using Agile practices.

Provide academic advising to undergraduate and graduate students on program and course requirements, maintain and analyze student records, perform proactive outreach for retention, collaborate with university offices, prepare retention reports, and support student persistence using web-based resources and standard office technologies.

Lead a revenue-focused Account Management team to drive net revenue retention and expansion. Coach and develop AMs, run pipeline/account reviews, join customer calls, use HubSpot data and call recordings to spot risk/opportunity, collaborate cross-functionally, travel quarterly, and represent customers at conferences and tradeshows.
