Manage daily sales department operations, recruit/train/coach a sales team, develop sales and marketing strategies, oversee inventory and appraisals, structure deals and finance options, ensure compliance, resolve customer issues, and drive dealership revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead design and analysis of mechanical systems, manage small-to-mid projects including schedules and budgets, mentor junior engineers, perform QA/QC reviews, develop calculations/drawings/specifications, and liaise with clients and contractors.

Identify and engage potential acquisition targets through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), qualify opportunities via discovery calls, schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, refine sourcing strategies, track pipeline and report on outreach effectiveness to help drive the firms deal pipeline.

Provide legal and compliance support on campaign finance, nonprofit, and political matters; draft and review contracts and grant agreements; assess state registration and reporting requirements; manage outside counsel and compliance vendors; develop policies, train staff, and prioritize legal workstreams to support the General Counsel and organization.

Build and scale an agentic AI stack for healthcare revenue cycle: implement voice AI pipelines, LLM orchestration, integrations with EHRs/RCM systems, real-time analytics, dashboards, and production-grade full stack features working closely with founders and customers.

Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, present suitable new and used vehicle options, build lasting client relationships, meet sales targets, coordinate with finance, conduct market research, attend events, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Provide administrative support to the Education Services Division and Division Director, managing files, budgets, travel, purchase orders, correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and COJET records. Coordinate interviews, appointment packets, and special projects; serve as a liaison across court staff and the public; develop and implement support procedures.
