Manage and grow a platform engineering team that builds shared systems and infrastructure. Supervise and execute outsourced accounting engagements using cloud-based systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online). Lead monthly close tasks, reconciliations, financial reporting, staff training, quality reviews, client communication, and ensure deliverables meet professional and firm standards while managing engagement budgets and developing staff.

Develop manufacturing processes and automation solutions for new systems. Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, commissioning, and estimating to create competitive technical proposals. Create system layouts and process flows using CAD and support proposal development for powertrain, electrification, and battery assembly projects.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Ride-Hailing and Marketing, partner with HR and hiring managers, source candidates, build pipelines, and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
