Key Responsibilities
- Act as a reliable point of contact for hiring managers across Ride-Hailing and Marketing, using market knowledge and data to support hiring decisions and align recruitment activity with business needs.
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from brief in call to offer), ensuring a timely and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies, proactively sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Drive consistency and efficiency across recruitment workflows, contributing to team projects that enhance the quality of hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
- Use market data and competitor insights to provide relevant context to hiring managers on talent availability and candidate expectations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment.
- Experience recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations roles is a plus.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
- Solid sourcing skills, comfortable going beyond inbound applications to find the right talent.
- Organised and process-driven, you manage multiple searches without dropping the ball.
- Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills.
