Administers the Skills Management system, maintains training records, monitors training plans, analyzes progress and gaps, and reports results to stakeholders. Works with HR, Quality, Production, HSE, mentors, supervisors, and corporate training teams to implement consistent training standards. Supports GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement requirements while delivering on-the-job and classroom training.

Manages relationship marketing and CRM campaigns across email, direct mail, and paid media. Builds audience segments, deploys and quality-assures Prospect2 campaigns, supports A/B testing, maintains CRM documentation, and analyzes audience behavior and campaign performance. Partners with marketing, creative, technology, and CRM teams to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and lifetime value. Prepares KPI reporting and recommendations for leadership and board stakeholders.

Manages participant and community support operations, including remote support specialists and Discord moderators. Oversees escalations, workflows, knowledge resources, incentive and compliance operations, vendors, fulfillment, audits, and support systems. Leads cross-functional projects, communications, community administration, newsletter operations, and adoption of new technical tools while improving service quality, safety, and consistency.

Supports multifamily property operations, resident relations, leasing, lease administration, inspections, compliance, budgeting, reporting, vendor coordination, and resident retention. Assists with move-ins and move-outs, security deposits, work orders, emergencies, insurance requirements, and community communications. The role is on-site, requires weekend availability, building mobility, strong communication skills, multifamily leasing or assistant management experience, and proficiency with property management software.

Analyzes manufacturing standard and actual costs, variances, overhead, inventory, margins, and operational expenses. Partners with production, engineering, supply chain, quoting, and operations teams to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, support cost-improvement initiatives, and reduce financial risk. Prepares variance, productivity, budget, profitability, and inventory reports while contributing to special projects and process improvements.

Build and own Java backend integrations connecting workflow applications with enterprise systems. Develop REST and SOAP services, data mappings, transformations, validations, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Lead testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support across application and infrastructure layers. Mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, establish technical standards, and provide workstream direction.
