Serve as site financial steward and strategic advisor for Saint Gabriel manufacturing site. Deliver cost reporting, variance analysis, standard cost-setting, budgeting/forecasting, CAPEX oversight, inventory controls, and process improvements to drive cost efficiency and align finance with operations.

Serve as first point of contact delivering exceptional guest service; answer phones, screen calls, assist managers with scheduling, receive goods and follow PO workflow, maintain security logbooks and visitor badges, perform clerical duties, and support administrative tasks.

Manage and execute B2B multichannel digital campaigns using major CRMs and martech. Build nurture/email programs, troubleshoot martech and attribution, launch email/social/paid campaigns, maintain dashboards and lead scoring, ensure data integrity, coordinate with clients, and research martech improvements.

Join an Agile team to design, build, test, and deploy secure, scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring, modern front-end frameworks, automated tests, relational and NoSQL databases, and an automated DevSecOps pipeline. Participate in user-centered design, Agile ceremonies, and continuous delivery while working onsite and meeting security clearance requirements.

Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for mid-market and enterprise AEs. Make 100+ daily calls, craft outreach (email/SMS/LinkedIn), qualify leads using BANT, schedule meetings in HubSpot, track CRM activity, hit quota targets, attend industry conferences (5-10%), and collaborate with marketing and AEs to optimize messaging and cadences.

Provide administrative support to property management: handle communications, maintain records, prepare reports, manage calendars and meetings, and build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage and maintain employee training records, audit compliance with federal/state training requirements, develop and deliver training programs, create reports for stakeholders, collaborate with IT on training systems, and support staff development projects.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and eight-member ELT: manage calendars, coordinate Board and ELT meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses and vendor relationships, handle confidential information, take meeting notes and follow up on action items, and support ad hoc projects to keep organizational operations running smoothly.

Maintain and update production tooling documentation (PDM, CAD models, assemblies, BOMs, ECOs), design/modify thermoform tooling components, develop tooling standards, support RFQs and PDP documentation, collaborate with engineering/manufacturing/maintenance, and recommend long-term tooling and product improvements while following safety and quality procedures.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, conduct legal research and medical record review, draft pleadings and demand letters, negotiate settlements, collaborate with attorneys and legal staff, and maintain case files in the firms case management system.
