Founding People and Talent Leader will build Legion's end-to-end People function: full-cycle recruiting across technical and clinical roles, People operations (payroll, benefits, HRIS, immigration, compliance), onboarding, performance systems, employer brand, events, and workplace operations. You will be the hands-on early hire, creating processes, metrics, and hiring pipelines while advising founders and scaling the People team.

Lead and manage multiple client accounting engagements, serve as primary client contact, review financial statements and GAAP-compliance workpapers, resolve complex accounting issues, mentor and supervise staff, oversee workflow and billing, and support client onboarding and business development.

Lead front-end (FED-1/FED-2) process engineering for refinery projects: define scope, develop economic justifications and cashflow analyses, select options, produce Basis of Design and review PFDs/P&IDs, perform equipment sizing and QA, and support detailed design, execution and commissioning while partnering with asset teams, EHS, reliability, SMEs and commercial stakeholders.

Mid-level QA Analyst embedded on Agile product teams to create and execute manual and automated tests, write SQL to validate data, document and verify defects, support UAT with clients, participate in sprint ceremonies, and improve QA processes and standards.

Support Treasury Management sales officers by preparing proposals, onboarding clients, coordinating implementations, managing portfolios, performing pricing and profitability analyses, delivering product demonstrations and training, resolving service issues, maintaining sales and revenue reports, and collaborating with internal partners to drive product adoption and growth.

Provide part-time CFO leadership to high-growth companies: advise CEOs, lead fundraising and M&A, build financial models, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards, oversee accounting, controls, audit/tax readiness, and present financial strategy to boards and stakeholders.

Lead global modernization of advanced planning and ERP-integrated supply chain platforms. Define strategy, execute APS/ERP transformations, deploy predictive analytics and automation, enable control-tower visibility, strengthen master data governance, and improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital across multi-site manufacturing.

Outside sales representative responsible for building customer relationships, generating new business within a territory, presenting and demoing equipment, managing CRM notes and follow-up, resolving customer issues, and promoting additional services while adhering to safety requirements.

Lead the frontend of a proprietary AI platform: design and build reusable components, craft interaction patterns and workflows, prototype and deliver polished, high-performance UI experiences, and maintain platform building blocks for customer projects.

Lead product operations by managing vendor implementations, driving cross-functional projects, building operational systems and tooling, and supporting the CPO. Own vendor relationships, coordinate Engineering/Clinical Operations, use AI tools for productivity, and improve product organization infrastructure to scale.
