Own early-stage product bets (home, motorcycle, RV, boat, non-insurance features) from concept to scale. Rapidly learn new domains, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, build and ship experiments, iterate on customer feedback, and work cross-functionally to find product-market fit.

Sell window covering products to residential and commercial clients through lead generation and in-home consultations. Build client relationships, provide estimates, maintain client data and communication, attend sales meetings and trainings, and ensure high customer service and professionalism.

Perform advanced processing, reconciliation, and analysis for deposit and digital banking services. Identify root causes, recommend process improvements, support vendor coordination and system administration (user access), assist audits and compliance (BSA/OFAC), and serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional projects to improve controls, reporting, and customer experience.
