Manage and grow an employee benefits territory in Colorado, serving as liaison between producers, customers, and the company. Drive sales quotas using company resources, develop product knowledge and broker relationships, and travel 2–3 days per week within the territory. Lead post-sale Customer Success, Renewals, and Partner Delivery organizations to maximize retention, expansion, and AI product adoption. Set strategy, segmentation, playbooks, metrics, and operating rhythms; partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, renewals, and executive-level customer relationships while scaling teams and processes.

Design, develop and maintain mainframe applications and IDMS databases using COBOL. Analyze user needs, design system components, modify databases, produce database descriptions, coordinate installations, estimate project time/cost, and collaborate with engineers and clients on federal projects.
