Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all shelter operations, veterinary services, animal care, adoptions, intake, foster, behavior, facilities, and support functions. Oversees monthly close and financial reporting, manages policies and controls, coordinates external audits, and supervises finance-related activities.

Lead Midi's social strategy and execution across all platforms, build scalable production and measurement systems, mentor the social team, drive engagement and brand growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify cultural conversations and business outcomes.

Generate leads, greet and tour potential buyers, present model homes and community features, guide buyers through contracts to closing, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
