Description
Our Benefits Department has a full-time, 40-hour Employee Benefits Administrator position available. This position is located at our Queensbury, NY facility. This is a salaried, overtime exempt position. A typical work week is Monday-Friday during agency business hours, but this role may occasionally require working over 40 hours a week to meet department deadlines. The annual salary is $65,000 + longevity. This position assists with administration of employee benefits while working with employees and third-party providers.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-year degree preferred with minimum two years’ experience in benefits.
- Strong organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions and must be able to maintain appropriate degree of confidentiality.
