Leads onsite field technicians delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across Mercy and CHI facilities. Manages escalations, infrastructure and non-Epic application support, technology and security reviews, project prioritization, equipment purchasing, inventory, and service portal responsibilities. Own and scale Fizz’s paid user acquisition engine across US and international markets. Responsibilities include managing campaigns across major ad platforms, leading international growth strategy, maintaining mobile measurement and attribution infrastructure, building full-funnel performance measurement, analyzing cohort retention and engagement data, partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation, and developing creative testing strategies across static, video, and UGC formats.

Develop and deploy scalable AI applications and machine learning models using Python, Spark, Azure ML, and OpenAI. Owns financial close, consolidation, U.S. GAAP reporting, audits, technical and acquisition accounting, internal controls, and NetSuite governance. Oversees healthcare revenue, AP, intercompany accounting, and financial systems while building scalable teams and processes to support growth and acquisitions. Partners with the CFO, FP&A, operations, and executive leadership on reporting, controls, and strategic finance initiatives.

Provides technical account management across presales and customer lifecycles. Responsibilities include site visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, requirements gathering, solution proposals, SLA and bid support, customer issue resolution, account monitoring, relationship retention, and partnership analysis. Collaborates with sales, engineering, and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, support sales targets, and maintain long-term customer relationships. This remote position requires 25% travel.

Coordinates complex employee benefits client accounts and renewals, analyzes claims and financial data, supports funding and vendor decisions, leads client meetings and open enrollment, resolves escalated issues, and coordinates internal teams, carriers, and vendors.
