Manage end-to-end settlement for physical commodity transactions including invoice validation, payment and receivable processing, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, payment planning, collections monitoring, and compliance. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, brokers, operators, and finance; prepare reports and maintain settlement documentation to support operational efficiency for U.S. and international trades.

Own Everbright’s outbound sales motion, initial discovery meetings, prospect follow-up, and mid-pipeline progression for behavioral health practices. Manage the CRM, sales technology stack, pipeline reporting, sales collateral, and signature-to-launch handoffs. Build and prioritize target lists, analyze outbound performance, support account-based marketing, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at conferences. The role is remote-first with 10–20% travel and offers a path toward an independent closing quota.
