Manage enterprise software customer relationships, success plans, business reviews, retention, advocacy, health metrics, ROI analysis, and product feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires SaaS experience, CRM proficiency, leadership experience, strong communication, and domestic travel up to 25%.

Provides a welcoming front-desk experience for JCC tennis center members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, supporting tours and membership onboarding, handling retail and service purchases, promoting memberships, completing opening and closing procedures, explaining programs, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a clean, stocked workspace.
