Own the $40–50M Shopify-based B2B ecommerce business as its general manager, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, merchandising, pricing, promotions, site experience, conversion, analytics, forecasting, and the Shopify roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams and influence Marketing and Operations partners to improve acquisition, AOV, retention, margins, and expansion into new customer segments.

Analyze product data to guide roadmap decisions, evaluate AI-powered capabilities, design experiments, build dashboards, and identify customer behavior patterns. Escalates anomalies, maintains policies and procedures, investigates alerts, and supports Windows, Linux, and mobile-device protection. Requires cybersecurity experience, Microsoft security expertise, DoD compliance knowledge, Security+ certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Partners with leaders and employees across Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people and business strategies. Advises on performance and talent reviews, compensation, employee relations, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and HR processes while supporting an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Leads strategic and business operations for Litigation Support, partnering with leadership on priorities, reporting, process design, quality, hiring, team transitions, and growth.
