Leads the catalog operations function, owning operating models, intake and prioritization, planning cadences, SLAs, governance, workflow optimization, data integrity, and automation. Manages the Catalog Operations team and partners with assortment, customer experience, finance, supply planning, vendors, technology, and data teams. Drives scalable execution for SKU setup, enrichment, lifecycle updates, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and performance reporting while presenting operational recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage Vive’s agricultural product sales across the Delta territory, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama. Develop retail business plans, sales forecasts, customer relationships, and market expansion strategies. Work with agricultural retailers, distributors, growers, and partners to launch crop protection programs, grow sales, maintain CRM intelligence, and differentiate products. The role requires strong agronomic knowledge, agricultural field-sales experience, customer influence, communication skills, and travel across the United States and Canada.

Lead design and implementation of iOS applications, mentor engineers, coordinate with vendors and operations, ensure delivery within scope/time/budget, and apply modern iOS practices (testing, CI/CD, analytics, async concurrency) to maintain high-quality production apps.

Provides post-enablement managed services for Cyara customers by supporting platform usage, recurring workflows, configuration, integrations, monitoring, reporting, issue management, SLA commitments, documentation, and adoption. Support the design and execution of securitization, warehouse, and corporate funding facilities. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Capital Markets teams while providing portfolio insights and contributing to interest rate risk management and scalable modeling practices.

Conduct proactive security reviews of features, architectures, integrations, and AI/ML systems. Lead threat modeling, design reviews, secure SDLC practices, vulnerability remediation, AI security governance, incident response exercises, and security automation. Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, collaborate with consultants on penetration testing and vendor assessments, and influence engineering teams on security without owning their roadmaps.

Own full-stack modernization of complex legacy federal systems. Analyze workflows, identify mission-critical functionality, and translate requirements into scalable applications on the Palantir platform. Build Java and Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, and React-based user interfaces. Support the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot across application and data layers, collaborate with stakeholders, and uphold engineering best practices.

Provide frontline technical support for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation platform via Intercom, email, and PagerDuty. Diagnose and resolve complex EHR integration and user configuration issues, create and maintain Notion/Intercom knowledge resources, escalate trends to Product/Engineering/CS teams, and contribute to CSAT/FCR reporting and on-call rotations.

Lead process engineering for specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuels projects. Develop process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment specifications, safety studies, SOPs, and hazard analyses. Coordinate interdisciplinary project execution, work with equipment vendors, guide process designers, and mentor associate engineers. Support innovation, performance and quality improvements, reliability, and cost reduction.
