Partners with technology and data teams to transition from manual CRM data entry toward automated, embedded insights while managing vendors and supporting Salesforce operations.

Lead and manage industrial equipment automation projects: develop preliminary designs and specifications, perform feasibility and cost studies, manage bids and contracts, coordinate vendors/contractors, produce documentation and reports, oversee installation and budgets, and coach team members while traveling to plants (~50%).

Build and maintain internal platforms, automations, and integrations to scale IT operations. Own identity, access, lifecycle automation, endpoint trust, SaaS provisioning, and operational reporting. Develop scripts and services (Python, Bash), partner with Security and Engineering for secure AI, Zero Trust, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and apply DevOps/SRE/ITIL practices for monitoring and incident response.

Provide customer service and order entry for new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person. Manage order documentation, verify product availability, coordinate logistics with sales, warehouse, and contractors, assist with quotes, handle payments and AR communication, and maintain product knowledge and meeting spreadsheets.
