Build and maintain internal platforms, automations, and integrations to scale IT operations. Own identity, access, lifecycle automation, endpoint trust, SaaS provisioning, and operational reporting. Develop scripts and services (Python, Bash), partner with Security and Engineering for secure AI, Zero Trust, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and apply DevOps/SRE/ITIL practices for monitoring and incident response.

Provide customer service and order entry for new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person. Manage order documentation, verify product availability, coordinate logistics with sales, warehouse, and contractors, assist with quotes, handle payments and AR communication, and maintain product knowledge and meeting spreadsheets.

Provide friendly, high-energy customer service and sell unlimited wash plans. Process payments, maintain safe and clean work areas, meet sales and quality metrics, and perform physical tasks outdoors in varied weather.

Field-based sales role engaging qualified leads in an assigned territory. Conduct in-home presentations, design customized security/automation solutions, close sales, use sales tools, and represent the company while meeting sales targets.

Manage and grow usage of Rent Protection Insurance with existing customers through B2B upsell and cross-sell. Train and develop agents, work with insurance and account teams to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, follow regulated FCA processes, and support customer satisfaction.

The Account Executive develops client relationships, identifies business opportunities, handles contract negotiations, and drives revenue growth through tailored logistics solutions.

Leads the design and implementation of AI-powered data pipelines, enterprise feature stores, analytics-ready repositories, and self-service data access layers. Builds automated feature engineering, data quality, observability, and governance capabilities for large-scale data science workloads. Partners with Enterprise IT, establishes data availability and quality SLAs, integrates structured and unstructured data sources, and leads teams delivering scalable analytics infrastructure.

Leads enterprise reporting for data quality, governance, compliance, and operational performance. Designs executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages; integrates metadata and quality metrics; aligns definitions and thresholds with stakeholders; oversees incident and remediation tracking; manages vendors, schedules, documentation, and change controls; validates data integrity; automates recurring reports; and escalates risks and compliance issues to leadership.

Engage customers to drive furniture sales, manage checkout and delivery processes, build product expertise, handle transactions and refunds, and deliver exceptional customer service including resolving difficult situations. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

The Outside Sales Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships, manage sales in the Ethanol Market, and promote Bray's products across Iowa and Nebraska.
