Lead product strategy and roadmap for Halcyon's endpoint solution. Drive initiatives from discovery through GA and iteration, engage enterprise customers and cross-functional teams, measure adoption and business impact, and make tradeoffs to meet technical and business goals.

Drive profitable sales growth by developing and managing distributor, reseller, and manufacturer representative partners across the industrial/automotive channel. Build strategic relationships, execute partner business plans, launch and scale channel programs, analyze performance to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and expand market share within an assigned West Coast territory.

Coordinate and maintain training cohort schedules, manage calendar invites and .ics files, prevent and resolve booking conflicts, ensure recordings are uploaded and organized, and serve as primary scheduling contact for trainers and clients.

Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable applications across the company. Work with structured and unstructured data, implement MLOps and containerized production deployments, monitor model performance, and ensure ethical, explainable AI. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions and produce technical documentation.

Own a portfolio of 300–400 Tier 2/3 customers as primary contact. Drive retention, renewals, and upsells in short sales cycles; route issues to internal teams; maintain CRM accuracy and share product updates to grow accounts.
