The six-month on-site internship includes collaboration with process owners, practical testing, troubleshooting, and research into automation tools.

Advise undergraduate and graduate students on program requirements, course scheduling, academic progress, and career goals. Maintain student records, analyze data, resolve academic issues, and conduct proactive outreach to support retention and program completion. Collaborate with university offices and committees, prepare reports, and support enrollment and persistence initiatives.
