Lead client experience and agency operations for paid media accounts, overseeing media buying team performance, client retention, reporting, and process development. Own client leadership meetings, track KPIs (cost per appointment, show and close rates), and build scalable operational systems to improve efficiency and margin.

Handle automobile liability and physical damage claims for Michigan: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, authorize payments, identify subrogation, refer to specialty units, document files in claims system, and manage repair/total-loss processes. Role requires compliance with Michigan insurance law and occasional travel or inspections.

Provide advanced technical support for B2B integration products (Sterling B2B Integrator/File Gateway), diagnose and resolve complex enterprise issues across networks, OS, databases, virtualization and cloud; manage cases, document knowledge base articles, perform remote troubleshooting and on-call/weekend coverage, and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and remediation.

Evaluate inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for quality; analyze performance data and close gaps; deliver and maintain training programs and materials; coach agents, measure training effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client teams to uphold service standards.

Perform HMMS data entry and retrieval for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), process SDS requests, communicate with customers, verify and reconcile data, audit chemical and company information, assist system admin/DBA, maintain DLA FLIS access, follow OSHA Hazard Communication and SOPs, and participate in demonstrations and meetings.

Own and build the company's outbound GTM engine end-to-end: design prospecting infrastructure, data pipelines, enrichment and targeting, implement and optimize GTM tools, enable SDRs, track performance metrics, and align cross-functionally to scale outbound.
