Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.

Support the CFO and SVP of Finance through complex calendar, travel, meeting, presentation, communication, and administrative management. Coordinate priorities, action items, executive and board materials, stakeholder communications, and confidential financial information. Manage the commercial operations function, including CRM health, sales compensation, deal desk, forecasting, pipeline analytics, pricing, and discount governance. Lead growth initiatives, GTM planning, operational improvements, and board and investor reporting. Build financial and operational models, define SaaS metrics, develop dashboards, and translate ambiguous business questions into implemented outcomes while managing a direct report.

Analyzes business needs, gathers and documents requirements, translates them into application and systems solutions, coordinates configurations with IT teams and vendors, performs testing and root cause analysis, supports end users, and coordinates project activities through go-live. Develops documentation and training materials while providing application support and resolving complex system issues.

Designs and improves the legal department’s operating model, including intake, triage, marketing review, contract management, knowledge management, and e-billing. Leads legal technology selection and implementation, develops playbooks and self-service resources, builds performance dashboards, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, Marketing, executives, vendors, and outside counsel.

Own GiveDirectly’s fundraising revenue operations, including CRM and pipeline systems, KPI frameworks, forecasting, reporting, operating cadences, revenue reconciliation, and capacity planning. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Grants, People, and Fundraising teams to scale systems and donor operations. Serve as a strategic chief-of-staff partner to the VP of Partnerships, lead organizational change and executive communications, and potentially build and manage a team of 3–5.

Provide high-level executive support by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, offsites, expenses, presentations, action items, and special projects. The role requires prioritizing competing demands, improving business processes, coordinating distributed teams, and supporting executive efficiency. Some after-hours availability and travel for organizational offsites are required.

Own HubSpot administration, workflow automation, data hygiene, reporting, and integrations across the marketing technology stack. Build and troubleshoot API connections with Salesforce, intent, attribution, and enrichment platforms. Help the marketing team adopt Claude and other AI tools, automate manual processes, document configurations, and support campaign execution. Provide dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and technical problem-solving while maintaining reliable, accurate marketing systems.

Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online sites, including structure, navigation, branding, layouts, permissions, metadata, retention, search, and web parts. Recreate migrated pages, develop Power Apps forms and Power Automate workflows, monitor usage, and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, office hours, and training. The role also manages migration logs, compliance requirements, and communication with project leadership while supporting a federal government modernization contract.
