Provide pre-production operational support for Enterprise Loyalty implementations: coordinate client testing, analyze inbound/outbound files to identify root causes, create internal support documentation and client implementation guides, establish repeatable testing and triage processes, attend development standups, and partner with QA and support teams to enable scalable production support.

Provide level 1 remote NOC/service desk support for MSP clients: troubleshoot AD, O365, Windows, network connectivity, servers, workstations, mobile devices; log and escalate tickets; document cases and client procedures; participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Manage allocation and optimization of internal talent across technical, PM, engineering, and managed services functions. Maintain skills inventory and utilization dashboards, forecast demand, champion internal-first staffing, coordinate with HR and vendors, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership to improve capacity, utilization, and hiring decisions.

Build and own Uncapped's outbound engine end-to-end: design prospecting infrastructure, enrichment and outreach pipelines, enable SDRs with tooling and playbooks, create ICP/scoring and segmentation, manage GTM tech stack, run performance analytics, and align cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to scale outbound pipeline contribution.

Investigate, analyze, negotiate, resolve, document and report consumer and commercial billing issues. Provide resolution options to customers, authorize billing settlements within limits, and adjust customer accounts.
