Lead growth and stewardship of Current AIs open-source communities: engage contributors across GitHub, Discord, and other channels; moderate and evolve community guidelines; bridge contributors and internal teams; run outreach, recognition, and contributor-growth programs; track community health metrics and support budgeting and operations for community initiatives.

Administer and optimize the Army's Salesforce recruiting platform: configure objects, flows, security, integrations, reports/dashboards, monitor data quality and performance, troubleshoot issues, support deployments and UAT, and apply AI-enabled tools to automate processes and improve recruiter productivity while ensuring DoD/Army compliance.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, and meetings; preparing documents and presentations; handling confidential communications; processing expenses and invoices; coordinating office logistics; supporting special projects and research; and proactively anticipating executive needs with strong organization and discretion.
