Lead enterprise operations to translate strategy into measurable execution: build operating rhythms, PMO governance, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional forums. Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation, resource planning alignment with Finance, and lead a global team of 20+ to improve accountability, decision-making, and execution quality at scale.
