Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Coordinate office logistics and supplies for executive offices as needed.
Minimum of 7+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives or multiple VPs in a fast-paced technology company.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience with travel booking platforms and expense reporting systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
