Provides full-time waterfront engineering support during the USS Beloit LCS-29 post-shakedown availability. Lead channel enablement across the Americas by partnering with channel leadership, designing role-specific training and sales resources, building train-the-trainer programs, supporting partner eLearning and workshops, and translating field insights into scalable programs. Collaborate with global enablement, marketing, product, sales, and RevOps teams while using performance data and business outcomes to improve channel execution, sourced opportunities, and revenue.

Supervise insurance accounting and financial consulting engagements for carriers, reinsurers, brokers, and related organizations. Review workpapers, reconciliations, journal entries, analyses, close activities, and client deliverables. Support GAAP and statutory accounting, identify process and control improvements, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, coach team members, and assist with budgeting, resource planning, documentation, and development of scalable insurance accounting tools and procedures.

Supports JLL’s Capital Markets team with commercial real estate research, valuation, lease abstraction, transaction due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials. The intern analyzes market data, demographics, statistics, traffic counts, rent rolls, and tenant profiles while assisting with Argus and Excel valuation work. This is an on-site summer internship in Jacksonville, Florida, running from June 7 through August 13, 2027.
