Provides administrative support for the service sales process by coordinating project transitions, maintaining project files, updating Salesforce, preparing proposals and bid packages, issuing certificates of insurance, and supporting contract review. Works with Account Managers, Contract Management, and operations staff to meet customer needs, prioritize deadlines, and complete additional administrative tasks. Sell carpet and hard-surface flooring to apartment complexes and property managers. Build and maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets, promote Rite Rug products, assess customer needs, and perform assigned duties independently.

The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting or ERP proficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced onsite construction environment.
