Collects and analyzes market, competitive, resale, consumer, and internal data to guide community positioning, land acquisition, pricing, product design, marketing, and strategic planning. Supervises credit, collections, and cash management activities. Extends and monitors customer credit, evaluates credit risk, establishes credit lines, negotiates payment terms, and protects accounts receivable. Directs Collections Administrators, coordinates account collections, handles complex and delinquent accounts, maintains customer records and performance reports, supports audits, and collaborates with credit, sales, store, and department personnel.

Engages clients through appointments, webinars, market briefings, and live events to educate them on Fidelity’s brokerage tools and sophisticated equity and options strategies. Provides market insights, technical and fundamental analysis, and trading analytics while promoting customer retention and business growth. Requires strong knowledge of market mechanics, volatility, option Greeks, and statistics, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Provides administrative support through data entry, accounts receivable collection, filing, contract and event assistance, reservation booking, billing, inventory support, phone and email response, and guest greeting. Requires professional customer service, office experience, schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and swim or use a personal flotation device during emergencies.

Provides senior-level client support for complex commercial and specialty deposit accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, servicing, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance. Leads roadway engineering and design for transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, interchanges, arterials, and intersections. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, developing project plans and schedules, managing production, conducting QA/QC reviews, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with clients, presenting designs, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Requires strong knowledge of FDOT standards and proficiency with roadway design software.
