Own 1-2 large enterprise accounts as the main customer contact. Maintain portfolio visibility, coordinate programs with internal teams, run regular account reviews, onboard stakeholders, drive renewals and QBRs, and translate customer needs into product and operational improvements.

Lead market operations including logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, training and mentoring staff. Make operational decisions, improve processes, handle ambiguous situations, and manage physical, on-site duties (driving, lifting, outdoor work). Manage mid-size to large commercial insurance accounts remotely (Eastern Time). Service clients and producers, prepare submissions/proposals, process changes/audits/policies, issue certificates and ID cards, invoice and collect premiums, review renewals and exposures, maintain documentation in Epic, and support growth through producer collaboration and special projects.

Support middle office margin operations for prime brokerage accounts: handle client inquiries, issue and monitor margin calls, reconcile daily workflows, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, manage settlement exceptions and cash movements, collaborate with front office and control teams, escalate risks, and participate in projects and process automation initiatives.

Support month, quarter and year-end close; prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations; assist internal and external audits; analyze financial statement results; ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; drive continuous improvement; guide accounting associates and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Serve as primary student contact for prospective students and families; advise on financial aid, administer and package federal aid, track application materials, support enrollment management, and provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Implement and support benefits-related software (low-to-moderate complexity) including configuration, testing, QA, troubleshooting, training, and customer communication. Collaborate with account teams, carriers, and vendors, and provide post-implementation support.

Support the creative team with design, concepting, brand identity, and print production. Present ideas, iterate from feedback, meet tight deadlines, and build portfolio-ready work under senior supervision.

Serve customers at counter and by phone, process sales orders and payments, handle complaints, manage warranty dispositions, estimate delivery dates, assist with receiving/shipping and warehouse duties.

Sell and promote trench safety equipment within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and trainings, prepare sales plans, install equipment, collaborate with branch teams, and use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline and opportunities.
