The producer is responsible for shaping daily newscasts through storytelling, crafting engaging content, meeting deadlines, and using data analytics to influence show content.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles: design and execute sourcing plans, screen candidates, present top-tier talent to hiring managers, negotiate offers, and support talent engagement (events, rediscovery, social outreach). Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams, analyze recruiter/department data, participate in projects/committees, and represent the Mayo Clinic employer brand. Travel to in-person recruitment events across the U.S. as needed.

Service clients and producers, prepare submissions/proposals, process changes/audits/policies, issue certificates and ID cards, invoice and collect premiums, review renewals and exposures, maintain documentation in Epic, and support growth through producer collaboration and special projects.

Support middle office margin operations for prime brokerage accounts: handle client inquiries, issue and monitor margin calls, reconcile daily workflows, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, manage settlement exceptions and cash movements, collaborate with front office and control teams, escalate risks, and participate in projects and process automation initiatives.

Support month, quarter and year-end close; prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations; assist internal and external audits; analyze financial statement results; ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; drive continuous improvement; guide accounting associates and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
