Owns Portnox’s paid digital demand generation, including search, social, review-site, video, newsletter, landing page, and form campaigns. Builds lead scoring, qualification, routing, lifecycle nurture, and opportunity acceleration programs. Manages budgets, analyzes full-funnel performance, reports on ROI, and continuously tests channels, campaigns, forms, scoring models, and nurture strategies in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.

Own and build Portnox’s account-based marketing motion across content, display, paid social, email, and events. Design always-on campaigns targeting named accounts and buying committees, align messaging and execution with SDR teams, manage ABM and intent platforms, and optimize campaigns for engagement and opportunity creation. Develop account-level reporting, dashboards, and a scalable ABM playbook that connects marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.

Provides financial and program-control support across government task orders, including budget tracking, forecasting, EACs, labor-hour allocation, financial reporting, invoice review, ODC tracking, deliverables coordination, change control, and project status monitoring. Uses Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to analyze performance and support program management activities.

Administer and optimize an Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse, including capacity monitoring, SQL and database performance tuning, schema and table refreshes, access controls, backups, recovery, patching, replication support, and disaster recovery testing. Implement and document database changes, troubleshoot production issues, maintain security and data integrity, and collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, and stakeholders. The role is fully onsite in Washington, DC and requires eligibility for a security clearance.

Provides governance, risk, and compliance consulting across client environments. Responsibilities include security hardening reviews, risk assessments, audits, security policy development, client advisory, technical reporting, project management, and relationship management. The consultant may also support incident response, technical testing, system configurations, public speaking, content development, and sales assistance. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, cybersecurity learning, and potential certification pursuit.

Provides engineering, administration, monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting, and customer support for SIEM, EDR, NDR, email security, data pipeline, and related platforms. Configures and customizes customer security systems, integrates technologies, automates tasks, manages Linux, Windows, and Azure environments, and applies advanced networking and troubleshooting skills. The role includes direct customer communication, prioritizing technical issues, resolving system faults, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Provides technical subject matter expertise and systems engineering support for a DARPA-related solar propulsion and solar sail program. Evaluates performer reports, briefings, progress, and technical results; identifies issues and recommends corrective actions. Engages DoD stakeholders, prepares DARPA presentations and reports, supports program reviews, site visits, field tests, research solicitations, and source selection. Requires deep experience in space technology or engineering, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Top Secret clearance.

Deliver cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, maturity evaluations, security roadmaps, and implementation guidance for enterprise clients. Assess on-premises, cloud, hybrid, identity, OT, and ICS environments; identify risks and security gaps; produce reports; and present recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders. Support incident response and post-incident improvements, collaborate with engagement managers and specialists, contribute to consulting methodologies, and stay current on threats and security best practices. Travel is approximately 20%.

Monitor and investigate security alerts, analyze logs, triage and document incidents, support containment and remediation, and escalate threats. Improve detection content by tuning alerts, reducing false positives, closing gaps, and enhancing playbooks. Participate in threat hunting, onboard security tools, and stay current on emerging threats. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security knowledge, KQL proficiency, MITRE ATT&CK understanding, sound investigative judgment, and concise technical writing.

Serve as the technical backbone of the pre-sales process by partnering with Account Executives, answering technical prospect questions, running proof-of-concept evaluations, troubleshooting issues, and relaying requirements to Engineering and Product teams. Drive direct and indirect enterprise sales across the US, exceed revenue targets, acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and sell new products. Manage complex sales cycles using MEDDIC, maintain a pipeline four times quarterly targets in HubSpot, forecast accurately, develop channel partnerships, create go-to-market plans, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, partner, and customer success teams. The role requires SaaS enterprise sales experience, payments and PCI DSS knowledge, and familiarity with the US call center market.
