The role begins hands-on with contractor support and may grow into managing an accounting team while applying AI tools to accounting workflows.

Manage logistics, personnel, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, facilities, materials, and communications for multiple Intelligence Community training sessions. Oversee instructors, role players, subcontractors, and program staff while ensuring security and IC protocol compliance. Track performance metrics, provide leadership reporting, manage financial resources, and implement improvements to participant outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison among the sponsor, internal leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Designs and delivers AI/ML-powered cybersecurity and fraud detection solutions using large, disparate datasets. Develops analytics in Databricks with Python, SQL, and R; investigates stakeholder concerns; identifies data and process gaps; and recommends remediation. Leads specialized data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams across secure environments while managing multiple client engagements, data governance, MLOps, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Designs and presents tailored technical solutions throughout the sales cycle. Conducts discovery calls, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, architecture planning, technical presentations, and RFP responses. Advises customers and partners on PKI, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and automation solutions while translating requirements into configurations and integrations. Collaborates with account executives, customer success, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs, validate feasibility, and support new business opportunities.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects. Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats across enterprise and AWS environments. Analyze alerts using SIEM, EDR, and AWS security tools; investigate account misuse, malware, network activity, and indicators of compromise; conduct threat hunting; document findings; escalate incidents; and improve SOC detections, playbooks, and processes.

Procures, configures, installs, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots computers, servers, networking and communication equipment. Requires travel and an active TS/SCI clearance with Maryland polygraph.

The role manages vendor relationships, maintains incident records, researches certification standards, updates procedures, supports exam administration, and communicates with candidates and stakeholders. It also contributes to investigations involving unauthorized use of protected exam materials and recommends preventive process improvements.
