Process accurate paper and electronic invoices, verify client orders and supporting documentation, monitor rush requests, report productivity, and follow billing procedures. The role requires maintaining focus under pressure, meeting productivity standards, and working overtime during peak monthly periods.

Coordinate vehicle logistics, transportation movements, vendor relationships, invoices, purchase orders, fleet updates, shared communications, audits, and process improvement projects. The role requires strong Excel skills, professional communication, organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a full-time, in-office logistics environment.
